All sales are considered final.
All items are handmade, as such all pieces vary slightly in size, shape, and colour. Returns are not accepted unless your goods arrive damaged. Should any damage occur during shipping, please take a photo and contact groundstudiosTO@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your package. You will either be reimbursed or pieces will be remade. Please note, as each piece is one of a kind, the remade piece will not be exactly the same as the original.
shipping + Free Pick-Ups
Currently, shipping is limited to Canada.
Local pick up is only available during any in-person markets I vend at. Please select "Local Pickup" option at checkout, which will void any shipping charge, and contact me via email for which market and time you’ll be coming to grab your piece.
I no longer offer free studio pick-ups.
If you can’t make it to a market day or need your order sooner, please email me at groundstudiosTO@gmail.com and I’ll do my best to arrange an alternative pick-up option. Otherwise, I recommend choosing shipping to ensure your pieces arrive on time—especially if the next market day is more than 3–5 business days away from when you need them.
ceramic care
With proper care, ceramics are hardwearing and can last a lifetime. All handmade pieces are made with food safe clay and glazes. While each piece can be dishwasher and microwave safe, handwashing is recommended.
Please note, if a piece is not microwave safe, it will be noted in the listing.
